We are looking for an Operations Support Manager to join our Front of House team. This is a shift‑based, hands‑on role supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of our One Glass Wharf office, with some wider support across our London and Edinburgh offices.
Working closely with Front of House, Facilities, IT, Office Services and Health & Safety colleagues, you will help ensure a professional, welcoming and well‑run environment for our people, clients and visitors.
Shift pattern
- Early shift: 7:30am – 4:30pm
- Late shift: 10:00am – 7:00pm
You will be expected to work across both shift patterns.
What you will be doing:
You will play a key role in keeping our offices running efficiently, with responsibilities including:
- Supporting the Front of House team to deliver a consistently high‑quality welcome and client experience
- Assisting with shift coordination, resourcing and acting as a point of escalation for service issues
- Supporting meetings, events and client hospitality activity
- Liaising with Facilities, Building Management and external suppliers on day‑to‑day office issues
- Monitoring office standards across meeting rooms, shared spaces, security and pantry areas
- Supporting office services such as stationery, post, couriers, DX and storage
- Assisting with health and safety activity, including emergency procedures, drills and compliance data
- Providing administrative support, including invoice processing, record‑keeping and budget tracking
- Working with the Senior Operations Manager on service improvements, reporting and projects
What we are looking for:
We are keen to hear from candidates with experience in operational, facilities, office management, hospitality or front‑of‑house environments. You will also bring:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence dealing with a wide range of stakeholders
- A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Good IT skills and a willingness to learn basic troubleshooting where needed
- A positive, collaborative mindset and a strong customer‑focused approach
- An understanding of health and safety practices (or a willingness to learn – training can be provided)
