We have an exciting, new opportunity for a Media & AV Technician to join our Bristol office on a full-time basis, supporting media production and delivering seamless audio‑visual support for meetings and events across the firm.

With the recent launch of our new Media Room, this is a hands‑on role combining content creation, video production and AV support, working closely with Marketing, Communications, IT and Facilities teams to deliver high‑quality, impactful experiences for both internal teams and clients.

You will be part of a collaborative and supportive firm that values expertise, innovation and teamwork, offering modern facilities, exposure to high‑profile events, and genuine opportunities to grow your technical and creative skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing the media room and maintaining equipment inventory.
  • Filming and editing video content for events, training and internal communications.
  • Creating and optimising multimedia content for web, social media and presentations.
  • Providing AV support for meetings, events and hybrid conferences (MS Teams, Zoom, Webex).
  • Setting up, testing and troubleshooting AV equipment in meeting and event spaces.
  • Supporting live and recorded events, including basic streaming and post‑event media handling.
  • Maintaining organised digital archives and secure storage of media assets.
  • Carrying out daily checks to ensure meeting spaces are ready for use.

About You

  • Proven experience in media production and AV support.
  • Confident using video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve).
  • Knowledge of AV hardware/software and platforms like Crestron, Extron and digital signage.
  • Comfortable supporting live meetings and events in a professional environment.
  • Organised, proactive and customer‑focused, with strong communication skills.
  • Flexible to work shifts (between 7:00am-7:00pm) with occasional out-of-hours support and travel to other UK offices when needed.
