You will build an innovation‑led culture, develop high‑performing teams, and help future‑proof the firm through thoughtful experimentation, emerging technologies and meaningful client engagement.

You have driven innovation, technology, or legal operations functions in complex environments, and you know how to influence senior leaders with credibility and insight. You combine deep knowledge of emerging technologies especially AI with an ability to translate them into real‑world value.
You have built and inspired multidisciplinary teams, nurtured talent and created environments where people do their best work. You are collaborative by instinct, commercially astute, and comfortable navigating ambiguity with clarity and confidence.
