Our leading employment law practice is growing and we are looking to recruit outstanding Employment solicitors to join us in Bristol, advising high‑profile clients on complex, business‑critical employment matters while enjoying genuine responsibility and support from the outset.
Responsibilities
- Advise FTSE 100 and 250 listed companies, major public sector employers and startups on a wide range of employment matters, including strategic change programmes, reorganisations, employment tribunals and civil litigation, global mobility programmes, large‑scale DSARs and sensitive investigations.
- Provide high‑profile, business‑critical advice and manage a complex, varied workload.
- Deliver value‑added services such as training and contribute to a national client base through collaboration with partners and practitioners across the UK.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience working on employment matters.
- 3+ years post‑qualification experience (flexible).
- Registration as a lawyer with the SRA.
- Ability to work well as part of a large, collaborative team and directly with clients.
- Ability to manage a complex and varied workload effectively.
- Self‑motivation, curiosity and eagerness to learn.
