The Team
Our Banking & Finance team offers comprehensive legal services to a diverse range of clients across borrowers/sponsors, and lenders. You\’ll work on transactions from £1 million to £1 billion across sectors like energy, infrastructure, transport, and real estate. Our key specialisms are energy and infrastructure finance, real estate finance, and corporate banking. Our expertise
spans a number of wider areas including fund finance and derivatives.
We provide mentorship, training, and exposure to a variety of transactions and clients, including cross-border deals with international clients and law firms. You\’ll collaborate with colleagues and prestigious clients like HSBC, Metlife, Lloyds Banking Group, Tristan Capital, Kreos Capital, Octopus, Mobico and Beechbrook Capital.
