A Day in the Life

Calling all enticing bar managers - we're seeking a talented mixologist to complement our lively bar team!

In this fast-paced role, you'll ensure smooth operations by keeping the bar fully prepped, stocked, and sparkling.

With an organized mind, you'll manage inventory, place orders, and train staff on our cocktails.

We strive for impeccable drink execution along with warm guest interactions.

You'll craft precise cocktails with flair, make recommendations, and resolve any bar-related needs.

To succeed, combine stellar product knowledge with an eye for detail and costs.

  • Able to cope well in busy kitchen environments- you may not have worked in a kitchen before, but you’ll be able to work at pace.

Please note that due to the nature of the industry, you will be required to work on a shift basis on a rota basis.
