The Role
As Shift Supervisor, you’ll play a hands‑on leadership role ensuring smooth, high-quality daily operations, including:
- Leading shifts and motivating team performance
- Delivering outstanding customer service and guest experiences
- Overseeing food preparation, service standards, and product quality
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and compliance
- Managing inventory, stock, and ordering
- Ensuring a clean, organized, and high‑standard venue
- Handling customer issues confidently and professionally

What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Positive, motivated, and solutions-focused attitude
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
