We are looking for a motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join and lead our team in our stylish, food-focused pub. The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service, a proactive approach to team management, and a drive to train and develop staff to delight customers. You will lead by example, support the general manager, and take responsibility for maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and customer satisfaction. We look for someone committed to a career in hospitality who can also develop professionally with ongoing training and support.
The Victoria is a proud Young’s pub in the heart of Surbiton, located on a busy high street with excellent transport links. We serve seasonal British dishes, a celebrated Sunday roast, and a range of beers, wines, and a unique Burger Shack with a garden area.
