A Day in the Life:
Calling all passionate chefs - we need a dynamic Sous chefto join our kitchen team! In this fast-paced role, you'll lead the brigade whenthe Head Chef is away. You'll ensure flawless execution of our menus throughtight quality and cost control. Smooth operations will be your forte as youinspect ingredients, create rotas, coach team members, and interface withsuppliers. Our guests expect exceptional dining experiences, so you'll maintainhigh standards for food, service, and safety.
