A Day in the Life:
Calling all clean freaks - we need you on our busy restaurant team! As a kitchen porter, you'll keep our hot, hustling kitchen sparkling from open to close. You'll sanitize all surfaces and equipment before the service begins. During service, you'll stay on top of removing trash, washing dishes, and restocking supplies like a pro. When things slow down, you'll meticulously deep clean and organize the kitchen. At closing, you double-check and ensure all stations are gleaming for tomorrow.
