Our High Street Kensington restaurant is the latest gem in the Burger & Lobster family, freshly opened and already making waves in one of London’s most iconic neighbourhoods. Located in the heart of West London’s shopping and dining scene, this is a high-footfall, high-impact location with loads of opportunity.

We are on the hunt for an accomplished General Manager to take the helm and drive this new site to its full potential. You'll be stepping into a beautiful new restaurant with a team already in place, ready for someone to lead, energise, and elevate the guest experience. As the cornerstone of the restaurant, you'll oversee all aspects of operations and ensure unparalleled guest experiences.

  • You should possess the capability to autonomously manage and optimize the restaurant's performance.
  • You will be capable of overseeing daily operations, maintaining rigorous standards of service and hospitality, and demonstrating a sharp acumen for financial management and cost efficiency.
  • Your leadership will empower our team to consistently deliver exceptional service and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and Operation Director, actively participating in P&L meetings and strategising with the operations team to streamline processes and enhance operational effectiveness.
  • You will work closely with the HR team to effectively communicate and implement company policies and people strategies to ensure seamless team coordination and foster a supportive and inclusive work environment.
  • You will prioritise Health and Safety compliance, ensuring the restaurant meets and exceeds regulatory standards. This includes implementing rigorous protocols and conducting regular inspections.
