Role Overview
You will work as part of the STACKED Programme, a structured early careers programme designed to accelerate learning and development for future Restaurant Managers.
Responsibilities
- Learn how to run a restaurant, including operations and staffing.
- Understand how the business makes money and develop financial acumen.
- Make decisions that impact results and drive performance.
- Lead and manage your own team.
- Participate in hands‑on projects, mentorship and structured learning activities.
- Develop a diverse set of skills such as problem solving, communication, leadership and technical expertise.
Compensation
Starting salary: £27,500 per year. After three months, when you can run your own shift, salary increases to £30,000 per year. Upon completion of the two‑year programme you could be earning up to £40,000 per year plus bonus and benefits.
Qualifications
- Aged 18–20 when the programme starts in September 2026 (or 17 and turning 18 before then).
- Not in full‑time education when the programme starts.
- Able to work 45 hours a week, including evenings and weekends.

- Willing to travel up to 45 minutes by transport; reliable transport links are required.
