The role

As an Assistant Manager, you’re a key part of the leadership team. You’ll support your Restaurant Manager to run the restaurant like you both own it — driving results, setting standards and building a team that’s proud of what they do.

You’ll:

• Lead from the front on shift, setting the pace and the standard.
• Support the Restaurant Manager with sales, costs and performance.
• Be guest-obsessed — delivering brilliant experiences, every visit.
