Hours of Working and Working Location: This role is based around standard working hours of 37.5hrs per week. The role is based within Asda House/Head Office Leeds with the option to work from home two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday).
Role Overview: In this role you will be responsible for the control and management of both the On-Line and Large Commercial Fleet CCTV footage requests. This will include timely processing and resolution of all requests.
Key Accountabilities:
- ALS/On-Line CCTV Management:
- Daily uploading of the CCTV files from fleetadmin@asda.uk folder/in-box
- Ensure the CCTV tracker is updated and refreshed daily
- Daily Mail Merge updates are sent to the relevant RFM’s (Regional Fleet Managers)
- To be trained to administer and support ARIBA/SAP payment remit (not core task)
- Implement and own the Central Fleet Supplier Governance review process i.e., set the annual review calendar, create agenda driven through actions provided by your Line Manager.
- Work alongside your peer group to align holiday cover to ensure Central Fleet Admin is managed whilst team members and you take annual leave
