The role

As an Assistant Manager you’re a key part of the leadership team. You’ll support your Restaurant Manager to run the restaurant as if you both owned it – driving results, setting standards and building a proud team.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front on shift, setting the pace and standard.
• Support the Restaurant Manager with sales, costs and performance.
