We’re on the lookout for a Brand Manager – NROs and Remodels to take the reins on all marketing activity around our exciting new restaurant openings and restaurant remodels. From strategy to execution, you’ll lead bespoke launch plans across media, PR, creative, social, and local —working hand in hand with third party suppliers and internal stakeholders from property, operations and finance. You’ll be —building bespoke marketing plans for an extensive pipeline through 2025 and beyond. Making sure every launch is bold, brilliant, and bang on-brand! You’ll be based three days a week from our head office— a.k.a. Whether it’s Glasgow or Guildford, you’ll be out visiting remodels and new openings across the UK, getting stuck in and building strong relationships that help bring our brand to life. What you’ll do: Own the planning and rollout of NRO (new restaurant opening) and remodel marketing campaigns—tailored to each local market Lead creative development of launch and sustain campaigns across all channels Work closely with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and within budget Attend site visits to scope out the local area and marketing potential Deliver campaign activations on opening day and beyond Manage all local marketing requests and print execution Keep campaigns aligned with BK brand standards and ensure a killer customer experience Use insights and performance data to improve marketing ROI and shape future campaigns Collaborate across Property, Operations and Finance to hit CAPEX and commercial targets Lead the charge on turning underperforming launches around with sharp local strategies Stay ahead of the competition and bring fresh thinking to the table What you’ll bring: 3 years’ experience in brand or marketing roles, we need someone who has the experience to hit the ground running. Retail, hospitality, or leisure experience (bonus points for QSR or franchise environments!)
