Are you passionate about plants, the outdoors, and learning new skills? We're looking for a motivated Apprentice Gardener to join our friendly team, developing skills while earning a recognised qualification. As an Apprentice Gardener, you will work alongside the gardens team to establish, maintain and manage the gardens to the highest horticultural standards. You will be passionate about delivering the best experience for our visitors and guests and work alongside the team in the creation and restoration of our outdoor spaces. This role involves great attention to detail, including the use of garden machinery for lawn mowing, strimming, hedge cutting, and flower border care. Full on the job training and support will be given to the successful candidate.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of the wider hotel team, in the day to day maintenance and development of the gardens and grounds. You will be working towards an RHS level 2 qualification.
