Burger Boi is looking for a hands-on Head of Marketing to bring focus, pace and commercial discipline to marketing across the brand. This is not a role for someone who only builds decks or manages agencies. We need someone who can set the strategy,
get activity live, support stores and openings, and prove what is working through clear performance measures.
Own Burger Boi's overall marketing strategy, brand positioning and customer acquisition, with particular focus on growing
profitable sales, rebuilding walk-in/local-store demand, strengthening national brand activity and creating a repeatable launch
model for new locations.
What you will own
- Overall marketing strategy, annual/quarterly plan and marketing budget.
- Brand positioning and consistent customer-facing execution across channels.
- National campaigns and local store marketing, with a strong focus on measurable walk-in and transaction growth.
- Customer acquisition and retention across paid, owned, social, CRM/app and partnership channels.
- New-store launch marketing from pre-opening awareness through opening and post-launch retention.
- Campaign planning and performance: clear objectives, spend, ROAS, incremental sales/contribution and learning.
- Leadership of our Content Creation Manager and the external design/SEO/PPC resource.
- Influencer, creator, PR, community and partnership activity where it supports the brand and commercial objective.
- Marketing calendar, briefs, deadlines and cross-functional execution with Sales and Operations.
- A simple test-and-learn pipeline: test, measure, keep/stop/change, then scale.
What we are looking for
- Proven marketing experience in hospitality, QSR, food retail, leisure or another multi-site consumer brand.
- Strong across both brand and performance marketing - able to connect creative activity to transactions and commercial return.
- Experience of local store marketing and/or new-site openings; understands that every catchment is different.
- Comfortable with Meta, paid digital, social, CRM/app, influencers and agency/specialist management.
- Commercially numerate: confident with ROAS, CPA, AVB, transactions, LFL, GP/contribution and campaign evaluation.
- Hands-on and pacey: happy to write the brief, challenge the creative, visit stores and get things done.
- Strong organiser who can create one marketing calendar and clear ownership across a fast-moving business.
- Good stakeholder skills: able to work with founder, franchisees, operations, sales and finance without creating unnecessary complexity.
Team & interfaces
- Reports to: Founder / CEO
- Direct / functional leadership: Content Creation Manager and external design/SEO/PPC resource.
- Works closely with Head of Sales on commercial insight and campaign measurement.
- Works closely with Head of Operations / Head of Operations & Brand Standards on local execution, openings and customer experience.

First 90 days - expected outcomes
- Establish a single marketing calendar, budget and campaign measurement framework.
- Define the local-store marketing playbook and priority plan to grow walk-in/daytime trade.
- Create a repeatable new-store launch framework with pre-launch, launch and retention phases.
- Clarify roles and workflow across Klaudia and the external marketing resource.
- Establish a weekly marketing scorecard covering activity, spend, acquisition, sales impact, ROAS and contribution.
