Under the direction of the Head Chef, you will be responsible for running your own section in our busy kitchens – food preparation, service and ordering.
Minimum two years’ experience as a Chef de Partie, or five years’ experience as a Commis Chef in a larger kitchen. Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate required.
Sociable hours – daytime working only. 40 hours per week. Two fixed days off during the week. 28 days holiday per annum.
