As we grow, we are looking to hire an experienced Delivery Consultant on a permanent basis to join our growing team. You will be a key member of our consultancy team and will find yourself supporting delivery teams as they deliver using Agile methodologies. We have an exciting project kicking off in January so you must be immediately available or have a short notice period.
Requirements
- Alignment to Agile values
- Experience of owning and driving delivery
- Ability to lead and facilitate Agile planning and delivery management best practices
- Experience of driving DevOps behaviours and principles
- Experience of facilitating day to day Agile events
- Experience of close collaboration with Product Owners and their stakeholders
- Ability to talk tech with Product delivery teams
- Experience of exploring and implementing broader organisational change
- Ability to facilitate Development Team Activities
- Drive continuous improvement of team practices, techniques and approaches to support delivery
