The role plays a key part in supporting the wider finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting while maintaining a strong working capital position. The business offers long-term progression opportunities in a scaling environment, alongside support for accountancy qualifications.
- Full ownership of month end postings (With support of FC)
- Production and Maintenance of client level forecasts and variance analysis
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Liaising with clients and suppliers to support cashflow management
- Ownership of 13-Week Cashflow Model
- Ownership of timesheet system and utilisation reporting
- Tracking of budgets
- VAT Returns
- Ad hoc support to Finance Team as required
Requirements:
- Part/Qualified AAT
- Previous experience in a finance role
- Confident to liaise with external suppliers and clients
- Advantageous:
- Knowledge of Xero
- Knowledge of Bankline
- Experience in a Professional Services Environment
- Experience of partnering with stakeholders outside the finance team
