Requirements

Day-to-day activities you may perform while working with our clients include:L2 application supportOverall BAU management for production environmentsCoordinate with L1 and L3 teams to ensure consistent service managementIncident, request, problem, and change managementMonitor and troubleshoot system performance and availabilityIT vulnerability detection and resolutionPlatform monitoringCI/CD pipeline execution and monitoringCollaborate with product stakeholders to align on solutionsApply and maintain security standards across production services with regular security reviewsMaintain up-to-date documentation, including runbooks and process/policy materialsParticipate in an out-of-hours (24/7) support rotaMust-haves

These are essential to succeed in the role:Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skillsSolid experience with Git or equivalent source control systemsHands-on experience with AWS or other cloud platformsFamiliarity with ITSM tooling (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvementExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesStrong understanding of IT systems and keen technical interestNice-to-haves

While not essential, the following would be beneficial:Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesWorking knowledge of Python, React, or SQLExperience supporting Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms
