We’re seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our team, supporting and enhancing a diverse range of applications and ecosystems. You’ll operate within an L2/L3 support function, ensuring the reliability of business-critical systems while contributing to ongoing improvements and innovation. This role suits someone experienced in managed service environments who is comfortable owning BAU operations and participating in a rostered out-of-hours support rota. With exposure to multiple programming languages and a strong understanding of cloud-based architectures, you’ll bring the versatility needed to work across a broad and evolving technology landscape.

  • Perform business-as-usual operations for a variety of applications: Bug fixes and feature enhancements, Patching and package upgrades, Secret rotations, certificate renewals and infrastructure upgrades
  • Contribute to the management and resolution of complex L2/L3 incidents
  • Conduct root cause analysis and post-incident investigations
  • Maintain and update runbooks and operational documentation
  • Participate in an on-call rota, including out-of-hours incident response
  • Mentor mid-level and associate engineers within the team

Must-Haves

  • Working knowledge of at least one of Java, Python, NodeJS, or C#
  • Strong hands‑on cloud platform experience, Azure or AWS
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code technologies such as Terraform
  • Solid understanding of ITIL practices
  • Experience with on-call and out-of-hours support responsibilities

Nice-to-Haves

  • Working knowledge of highly available architectures
  • Working knowledge of MSSQL, Postgres, or other relational DB systems
  • Exposure to front end technologies such as React.js
