You'll be responsible for: Leading and delivering environmental management and sustainability projects from inception through to completionManaging client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor on environmental and sustainability mattersProviding technical leadership across project teams and reviewing deliverables to ensure quality and consistencyInterpreting environmental legislation and advising clients on compliance obligations and best practiceSupporting organisations in developing and implementing environmental management strategies and systemsIdentifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and support business growthContributing to proposals, tender submissions and business development activitiesMentoring and developing junior consultants within the teamKeeping abreast of emerging legislation, standards, methodologies and market developmentsAbout YouWe're looking for an experienced consultant who is technically strong, commercially aware, and passionate about helping organisations improve their environmental performance. You will ideally have: Proven experience delivering environmental management consultancy projectsStrong knowledge of UK environmental legislation, compliance requirements and sustainability best practiceExperience managing clients and delivering projects within budget and timescale requirementsThe ability to interpret complex environmental issues and provide practical, commercially focused solutionsExperience supporting business development activities and proposal preparationStrong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skillsExcellent analytical, problem-solving and project management capabilitiesHigh-quality report writing and presentation skillsPrevious experience of working with ISO 14001 requirementsA relevant degree or equivalent professional experienceProfessional membership with a recognised environmental or sustainability institution would be advantageous.
