Bureau Veritas is looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to lead large contract sales, develop strong client relationships, and contribute to our evolving sales strategy in the FM/HSI/FIRE sector.

This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a strong B2B salestrack record working in the Testing, Inspection and Certificationsectorselling FM services. If youre a high-level influencer with key account management experience, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with market and business needs.
  • Identify client requirements and present tailored Bureau Veritas solutions.
  • Generate and convert leads through proactive outreach and market insights.
  • Build and manage a sustainable pipeline via CRM, tracking all activity effectively.
  • Conduct outbound engagement calls, meetings, and emails.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure profitability and risk mitigation.
  • Forecast sales performance to support business planning.
  • Strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders Engineers, Surveyors, Inspectors & RDMs.
  • Represent Bureau Veritas at industry events and networking opportunities.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in the TIC sector successfully selling services within the FM sector
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience in writing tenders and negotiating T&Cs.
  • Ability to leverage industry connections.
