Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Hybrid Working - 3 days per week in our Manchester office

Role Purpose

The Project Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support across a range of client projects and services.

Working closely with Project Managers and operational teams, you'll help keep projects organised and running smoothly by maintaining records, coordinating activities, updating systems and supporting day-to-day project administration.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support across a range of client projects.
  • Maintain project records, documentation and trackers to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
  • Set up and update project and contract information within Salesforce and other internal systems.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients and external partners.
  • Support the scheduling of project activities, meetings and resources.
  • Prepare project reports, status updates and documentation.
  • Assist with the processing of purchase orders, invoices and other project-related administration.
  • Monitor project activities and raise any issues or concerns where appropriate.
  • Ensure all project information is maintained in line with company procedures and quality standards.
  • Support the team with process improvements and administrative efficiencies.

Experience & Skills Required

Essential

  • Previous experience in an administration, coordination, customer service or support role.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.

Desirable

  • Experience supporting projects, operations or service delivery teams.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Experience working within a professional services, engineering or compliance environment.
