We’re looking for a proactive HR Coordinator to support efficient, accurate HR administration across the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on HR systems, data quality and process improvement. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems, analysing processes and driving improvements to enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line HR support to employees, managers and HR teams
  • Manage employee lifecycle administration (onboarding, changes, promotions, leavers)
  • Produce contracts, letters and maintain accurate employee records (GDPR compliant)
  • Maintain and update HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors), ensuring data accuracy
  • Support system changes, upgrades, testing and issue resolution
  • Produce HR reports and support data analysis and audits
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Support HR projects, system implementations and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

  • Experience in an HR Administrator, Coordinator or Shared Services role
  • Strong experience using HR systems and managing employee data
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
  • A continuous improvement mindset with an interest in systems and processes

Desirable:

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
  • Involvement in HR systems projects or system upgrades
  • Knowledge of payroll and benefits processes
  • Understanding of GDPR and HR data governance
  • CIPD (or working towards)
