Role Purpose: To support the Credit Manager within the specific Business Line. To take on responsibility for administrative duties in an organised and efficient manner. To act in a responsible professional manner and can use initiative and respond to changing demands.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain the customer master data.
- Raising and processing sales invoices and credit notes.
- Ensuring account and contract details are accurately maintained on finance systems.
- Submitting invoices to the customer via email.
- Support with collections when needed.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to optimise efficiencies and cashflow.
- Monitor the creditworthiness of new and existing customers and escalate concerns where appropriate.
- Support Finance team when required.
- A strong understanding of the business.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Experience of working in Finance, in a fast-paced organisation.
- Collaborative proactive approach, to work with internal stakeholders to improve processes.
- Identify opportunities to process improvements and cost savings.
- Effective communicator, both verbal and written.
- Able to work to deadlines and manage priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to take ownership of daily duties.
