The Opportunity
Are you an experienced Facilities Management professional ready to make a REAL impact? We are seeking an FM & Asset Verification Estimator to join our dynamic and growing team to help shape how leading organisations maintain and manage their critical assets.
In this hybrid role, you'll combine technical expertise with client relationship-building, producing accurate cost estimates which drive growth across our multiple service lines. You'll work with some of the largest household names, including crucially our major partnerships with globally leading FM firms.

You will support our Asset Verification and Sales teams to provide accurate cost estimates across multiple service lines β An area which is growing at serious pace!
The challenge? We need competitive, informed multi-service pricing support offering best possible value to our clients, whilst protecting OP requirements. You will be the go-to person for new opportunities across HSE, Mechanical, Electrical and Asset Verification.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead site assessments β Conduct site surveys and collect asset data to inform competitive, tailored cost estimates.
- Build client relationships β Work directly with clients to develop pricing solutions that unlock multi-service opportunities.
- Drive commercial growth β Identify expansion opportunities within existing and new client portfolios through asset verification projects and associated inspection requirements.
- Master the technical side β Understand SFG20 terminology and documentation, asset registers, and specifications to build compliant & competitive pricing schedules.
- Collaborate across teams β Work closely with Asset Integrity Surveyors, FM clients, and BV HSE / Inspection teams to deliver value add multi-service proposals.
- Prepare winning bids β Build & Input multi service cost breakdowns for large opportunities.
What are we looking for:
- Proven FM or Building Services background - You know the FM sector well and can demonstrate experience in pricing competitive multi-service client opportunities.
- SFG20 knowledge β Strong practical experience understanding and applying FM standards.
- Technically confident - You can review technical drawings, asset lists / registers, and maintenance schedules with ease.
- Software-savvy - Confident with estimating software and creation / management of pricing calculations with Excel; experience with ASSET CALC is advantageous.
- Excellent communicator - You build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders alike.
- Ready to travel - Full UK driving licence and willingness to visit client sites as required.
- Problem-solver - You thrive in a fast-paced environment where innovation is a key differentiator to winning bids.
