What You’ll Be Doing
- Conducting water hygiene monitoring and maintaining site logbooks
- Performing legionella risk assessments and audits of building water systems
- Auditing cooling towers and other high-risk systems
- Drafting schematic diagrams for CAD submission
- Producing water hygiene logbooks for domestic systems
- Assessing air conditioning systems and indoor air quality
- Preparing detailed technical reports with recommendations and lab analysis
- Carrying out asbestos re-inspections and fire risk reviews
- Managing small contracts/projects and liaising with Contract Managers
- Presenting findings and reports to clients
- Ensuring compliance with BV’s Health & Safety policies and ethical standards
- Collaborating with the central planning team to ensure efficient scheduling
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in indoor air and water quality (desirable)
- Strong organisational and workload planning skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Solid understanding of relevant legislation and guidance
- Health & Safety awareness
- Computer literacy
- Qualifications: GCSEs or A Levels, BOHS P901 & P902, City & Guilds, or WMSoc certifications
- Degree in a related field (preferred)
