Bureau Veritas are excited to say that we have multiple long-term opportunities for Welding/Mechanical QC Inspectors to join us on a prestigious UK Defence project based near Reading, UK. These roles are located at a highly secure working site and will require Security Clearance; therefore, successful candidates must be a British Born UK passport holder.
Role Purpose: QC Inspectors are responsible for providing independent Quality Control and weld inspection services on a large bespoke construction site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review of fabrication / manufacturing documentation within delegated authority levels in terms of quality plans, ITP’s fabrication / manufacturing procedures, welding procedures, NDE procedures, compilation and review of LTQR’s.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- CSWIP 3.1/3.2 or Equivalent
- PCN Level II Certificates in NDT (MPI, Rad Interpretation preferred)
