Bureau Veritas are excited to say that we have multiple long-term opportunities for Clerk of Works to join us on a prestigious UK Defence project based in the South East of England. We are open to a variety of experience within Electrical and Mechanical background. These roles are located at a highly secure working site and will require Security Clearance; therefore, successful candidates must be a UK passport holder. Rate from £45 per hour LTD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for strict adherence to the project completion program
- Maintain a highly visible presence on site
- Accountable for the efficient use of resources if any deviation from the program, by utilising opportunity works
- Monitor the handover of areas and the production of punch lists
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- Experience of a large multi-disciplined construction project
- Understanding of relevant industry regulations and standards
- Able to coordinate and work effectively with external contractors
