Bureau Technical Services is a world-class provider of QA/QC Services, Project Management, and Manpower Solutions to the Renewables (offshore wind, solar, hydrogen, battery storage), Oil & Gas, Nuclear Energy, and Data Centre sectors. Due to a series of significant project wins across multiple industries, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to support our expanding global operations. This role offers the opportunity to work across technically complex and high-value sectors, supplying specialist professionals into some of the world’s most demanding projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and develop a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements
  • Proactively resource candidates using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools
  • Conduct candidate interviews via phone and video
  • Screen, qualify, and assess candidates based on CV reviews and interview feedback
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience aligned with BTS standards

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of experience sourcing via LinkedIn
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using the Microsoft Office suite
  • High-energy, driven, and motivated personality
  • Proven ability to work towards and achieve recruitment targets and quotas
