Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Administrator/Resourcer to join our dynamic Engineering recruitment team. You will play a critical role in supporting the full recruitment cycle by identifying, engaging, and qualifying top-tier engineering talent across a variety of sectors, including Offshore Wind, Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Power, and New Energies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in recruitment with strong mentorship and progression pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and in-house databases
- Arrange screening interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Support the creation and formatting of high-quality CVs in line with client or company templates (e.g., BTS format)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM platforms
- Coordinate interview bookings, feedback, onboarding, and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with consultants to understand current and future hiring needs
- Write and post engaging job adverts to attract niche engineering talent
- Provide candidate aftercare, ensuring positive experience throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct market research to identify candidate pools and competitor activity
- Support consultants in preparing for client submissions and tender documents
