NJR Recruitment are currently working ‘exclusively’ with a groundbreaking Investment Manager who now has a newly created and exciting opportunity for an Administrator to form part of the very successful Account Management Team. Joining Head Office as an Account Management Support Executive based in Wilmslow, this role will suit someone who is keen to provide a first-class support function to a fast-paced and busy team. The successful Candidate will have a strong interest and be passionate about Investments.
Looking after a portfolio of around 150/200 Clients, the successful Candidate will be responsible for;
- Supporting a team of Account Manager & Business Development Directors
- Maintaining accurate computer records
- Assisting with the onboarding of new firms and the IFA system / Platform access
- Working closely with Sales, Operations & Compliance teams
- Assisting with daily incoming queries
- Managing and maintaining own diary, and keeping records to ensure appropriate audit trails
- Developing and maintaining strong IFA relationships across your panel of IFA firm accounts
- Developing a good understanding of the Tatton proposition & processes to enable new business flows across all firm accounts, across all product ranges
- Assisting the BDM’s with the onboarding of new firms and IFA system/platform access
- Proactively creating and managing daily IFA appointments to discuss the Tatton proposition, Investment updates and Investment process
- Assisting with all daily incoming queries, calls and tasks managed by the TAM team ensuring support is delivered to all TIML accounts.
You MUST be confident and have a very strong ability to build strong business relationships. Candidates should have excellent verbal & written communication skills. You will have a strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, with a high level of attention to detail.
