Bureau De Connect Limited is currently seeking an experienced and motivated IT Project Manager on behalf of one of our prestigious clients based in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and commercially aware professional to lead and coordinate a variety of IT projects across multiple operational environments. The successful candidate will be primarily based at our Crawley office, with regular project delivery responsibilities at client premises across London and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple IT projects from initiation through to successful delivery
  • Coordinate project planning, timelines, budgets, resources and risk management
  • Develop and implement effective problem-solving methodologies and process improvements
  • Liaise with stakeholders, clients, technical teams and senior management
  • Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, quality standards and deadlines
  • Monitor system performance and identify operational efficiencies
  • Prepare project documentation, reports and progress updates
  • Support the implementation of IT infrastructure, systems and digital transformation initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, security standards and best practice frameworks

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in IT Project Management or similar role
  • Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working within fast-paced operational environments
  • Knowledge of project delivery methodologies and IT systems implementation
  • Degree or relevant qualification in IT, Computing, Project Management or related field preferred
