Burch Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our valued client, a well-established same-day delivery and installation company, for experienced and reliable White Goods Installers to join their growing team.
This is a full-time position, weekly pay with up to 6 working days per week opportunity (including weekends), depending on operational demands and the opportunity to be part of a friendly, professional two-person crew delivering excellent service to customers.
About the Role:
You will be delivering and installing white goods directly to customer homes from a depot based in Luton. The role involves carrying goods into the home, unpacking, positioning, and performing full installations (e.g., connecting washing machines, dishwashers, ovens, or refrigerators). You will work alongside a colleague as part of a two-person installation team.
Please Note: Pay will be issued two weeks after the work has been completed. Payments will then continue weekly, maintaining a two-week delay between work completed and payment received.
Requirements:
- Proven experience installing white goods in customer homes
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic DIY or trade skills (e.g., using drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, and hand tools)
- Physically fit and confident lifting heavy items safely
- Reliable and punctual, with a professional attitude
- Flexible availability for up to 6 days per week, as part of a 7-day operation
- Home delivery experience is preferred but not essential
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Early starts from our Luton depot

- Ensuring safe and correct installation of all appliances

- Completing your route typically within a 9-hour shift
