We’ve got a great working environment, strong team morale and a straightforward operation — but we need people who are reliable, hardworking and take pride in doing the job properly.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
It’s a simple parcel sort. You’ll be scanning parcels and placing them into the correct pallets or cages, ready for the next stage of their journey. Sounds simple? It is — but accuracy and care matter. Remember: every box you handle is someone’s parcel. We expect our team to treat every item with care, identify and report any damage, and make sure parcels are handled correctly throughout the warehouse.
Your day will also include:
- Using handheld scanners
- Moving stock safely using pump trucks
- Sorting parcels into pallets and cages
- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised and preparing it for the following day
- Reporting damaged parcels
- Following all Health & Safety procedures
- Working together to get the sort completed accurately and on time

Details of the Role:
- Job Type: Part-time / Worker Agreement
- Schedule: PM/evening shifts, with the operation running Sunday–Friday
- Hours: Part-time hours, subject to operational demand
- Location: Bristol Depot – in person
- Start Date: Immediate starts available
Important Information:
This is a physically demanding role. Candidates will be required to lift, move and handle heavy and bulky parcels on a daily basis and should be comfortable carrying out manual handling duties throughout their shift. Please note: Hours and shift patterns may vary depending on operational demand, and candidates must be available to work PM/evening shifts.
