JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Field Visual Merchandiser to support our London retail network on a fixed-term contract until June 2027, covering maternity leave. This role plays a key part in bringing Burberry's creative vision to life across our stores, delivering visually inspiring environments that elevate the customer experience and showcase our collections with excellence. Working closely with retail and regional teams, you will ensure consistent visual standards, support commercial objectives and contribute to the continued success of our London store portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver and maintain Burberry visual merchandising standards across designated London stores, ensuring a consistent and elevated customer experience.
  • Execute seasonal installations, product launches and visual merchandising updates in line with global direction and brand guidelines.
  • Partner with store leadership teams to identify opportunities that enhance product presentation and support commercial performance.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to store teams to build visual merchandising capability and strengthen execution standards.
  • Conduct regular store visits, audits and follow-up actions to ensure visual excellence and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support new store openings, events and key business initiatives.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Previous visual merchandising experience within luxury, premium retail or a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of visual presentation principles and how they support customer engagement and business performance.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across several locations.
  • Confident communicator who builds collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and proactive approach, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly across the London store network and support occasional business requirements.
