In this role you will shape technology and reporting solutions to support Burberry's evolving customs compliance landscape. You will connect business compliance needs with clear technical requirements, partnering with business and technology teams. You'll deliver practical, governed systems that enable compliant, efficient operations and future-ready ways of working. You'll work across projects to drive impact in a globally connected, creative luxury brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate customs compliance needs into clear business and technical requirements from discovery to testing.
- Collaborate with enterprise data, information, solution and development teams to design and deliver systems and reporting.
- Map, visualize and implement process changes with stakeholders, ensuring practicality and clarity.
- Uphold data principles and governance across system/reporting development.
- Work with project managers and solution architects to manage scope and change requests.
- Prepare and facilitate workshops, UAT, user training and hypercare for adoption and transition to BAU.
Key Requirements:
- Experience delivering customs or trade compliance software in technology-enabled transformation projects.
- Knowledge of SAP systems (e.g., AFS or S/4) and MIC or other global trade compliance solutions.
- Experience contributing to IT project design, build and implementation including at least one full project lifecycle in a business analysis role.
- Comfort with Waterfall and Agile delivery; ability to elicit, document and communicate requirements clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and business audiences.
- Collaborative, curious and detail-conscious approach with ability to manage multiple priorities.
