JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Team Manager for our Selfridges London store, someone who thrives in a dynamic luxury environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences. At Burberry, this role is central to bringing our brand to life on the shop floor, leading a team to exceed expectations and inspire loyalty. You will shape the client journey through leadership, coaching, and a deep understanding of our collections. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Confidence in handling complex client situations with professionalism and care.
