Job Purpose
Support the retail sales team in measuring new customers, fitting garments and assess, mark up and organize garments for adjustments as required.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate high levels of capability in the measuring, fitting and skilful marking of finished garments for alteration.
- Provide customers with a first class service at all times by interacting with them in a professional and friendly manner.
- Administer, organise and carefully inspect customer orders, alteration documentation and workroom returns.
- Maintain effective internal communication between the department, main factories and local adjustment workrooms as and when required, including ensuring that customers are advised when garments are ready for collection.
- Become competent in selling garments and accessories.
- Build a local network of resources (e.g. knitwear / leather specialists) to support in delivering results.
Personal Profile

- High level of tailoring skills.
- Business-like & well-groomed appearance.
- Professional time keeping standards.
- Minimum 5 years tailoring experience, ideally from other fashion brands or within clothing factories in a whole apparel role.
