JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Store Operations Manager to join our flagship Sloane Street team.

This role is integral to delivering a seamless luxury retail experience by leading all back-of-house operations with precision, efficiency and exceptional attention to detail.

Through your passion for Burberry and commitment to operational excellence, you will ensure the store team is fully supported to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Working collaboratively across departments and with external partners, you will help create an environment where service, craftsmanship and performance can thrive.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and oversee all back-of-house operations, ensuring efficient and compliant store processes.
  • Deliver exceptional support and service to store teams, enabling a seamless customer experience on the shop floor.
  • Maintain high standards of organisation, stock accuracy and operational excellence across all areas of the store.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal departments and external service providers to ensure effective communication and execution.
  • Monitor operational activities and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and service levels.
  • Champion Burberry standards, fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability and attention to detail.
  • PERSONAL PROFILE
  • Previous experience in retail operations, preferably within a luxury, premium retail or customer-focused environment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest operational standards.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills across a variety of stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering practical and timely solutions.
  • Passion for luxury retail and a collaborative approach to supporting team success.
  • Use of SAP would be advantageous
