We are hiring a permanent Stockroom Assistant to join our Burberry team at Harrods, playing a vital role in the success of our concession business. Through your passion for the brand and a professional, detail‑focused approach, you will support the smooth and efficient operation of our back‑of‑house environment. This role is essential to enabling an exceptional customer experience across our Harrods concessions and online business, ensuring stock is accurate, accessible and well managed at all times. Working across a complex and high‑volume operation, you will support four concessions utilising seven stockroom locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the efficient day‑to‑day operation of all stockrooms, ensuring accuracy, organisation and high standards at all times.
  • Manage the flow of stock across multiple concessions, on‑site and off‑site stockrooms, and Harrods Online.
  • Ensure timely and accurate replenishment to the shopfloor to support sales and the customer experience.
  • Receive, process and store deliveries in line with Burberry and Harrods procedures.
  • Maintain stock integrity through regular checks, clear labelling and effective organisation.
  • Work collaboratively with retail and operations teams to support overall concession performance.

Salary range: £28-30k
