You love to break down barriers with new ways of doing things.

You will manage the day-to-day implementation of the channel strategies globally, with a focus on emboldening our defined Social KPIs and delivering game-changing strategies across western and APAC channels.

  • Identify and respond to trends, ensuring Burberry is part of the wider cultural dialogue in an authentic way.
  • Track and analyse performance across key KPIs (reach, engagement, growth), delivering actionable insights that continuously optimise campaigns.
  • With the team, manage content planning, delivery, execution, ensuring excellence in all aspects.
  • Build strong relationships with social platforms and external agencies, identifying new opportunities and managing collaborations.
  • Work with a broad range of social tools for campaign execution and performance analysis - from listening to content-planning.
  • Find new and exciting ways to engage customers via social media channels to drive awareness, conversation, and affinity to Burberry.
  • Champion Burberry’s brand values across all social activations, working closely with cross-functional teams (social media, digital, PR, VIP and events teams) to deliver cohesive, impactful strategies.
  • Personal Profile
  • Proven experience managing global brand social channels at scale
  • Deep understanding of the global social media ecosystem, including Western and APAC platforms
  • Strong creative instinct with the ability to develop original, highly shareable ideas
  • Analytical mindset, confident in turning data into actionable insights
  • Experience delivering social-first brand campaigns from ideation to execution
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
