Job Purpose
As the Senior Finance Analyst you will support the Finance Manager in delivering financial analysis and insights to drive budget accountability, operational efficiencies, and alignment with group strategies. You will have close collaboration with Marketing and Commercial functions, business partners, and finance teams to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Business Performance Management: As the Senior Finance Analyst you will lead month-end close processes, partners with budget owners, prepares management reports, improves financial data integrity, and identifies opportunities to enhance process efficiencies and controls.
- Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting: your responsibilities include supporting budget control through timely reporting, coordinating the development of central plans, budgets, and forecasts, and driving continuous improvement in these processes.
- Business Partnering and Communication: Your role involves building strong partnerships to provide analysis and challenge on commercial finance matters, maintaining regular stakeholder updates, supporting investment effectiveness, and acting as an interface with finance stakeholders.
