We are hiring a Part‑Time Sales Associate to join our Chatham Place Outlet team on a 16‑hour per week contract, working flexibly Monday to Sunday. This role plays a key part in delivering the Burberry Experience through meaningful, personalised customer interactions. As a Sales Associate, you will contribute to retail‑led growth by building lasting client relationships, supporting category development and driving store performance. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver the Burberry Experience consistently across all customer interactions, reflecting our brand values and standards.
  • Contribute to achieving individual and store sales goals through strong product knowledge and client engagement.
  • Build, develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to support long‑term loyalty.
  • Support retail‑led growth initiatives by embracing franchise principles and category development priorities.
  • Maintain operational excellence on the shop floor, ensuring standards are met at all times.
