JOB PURPOSE- To attract and select retail candidates to fill Active & Passive Candidate positions, for both mainline and outlet stores in EMEIA
- To manage the day-to-day delivery of recruitment activities and ensure that agreed metrics are met and adhered to
- To be a brand ambassador, providing a luxury candidate and Hiring Manager experience, delivering to the highest quality, every day.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert on delivering activities relating to Attracting, Sourcing, Screening, Assessment, Pipelining, and Offer
- This role is office-based for 3–4 days weekly
- Partner with stakeholders to build effective sourcing and assessment approaches with an ability to manage expectations
- Manage the complete lifecycle of the candidate journey. This includes but is not limited to;
- Effectively attract, source and match candidates to positions
- Advertising roles as required in the most appropriate way to attract candidates – Linkedin, job boards etc
- Telephone/video interview all shortlisted applicants
- Coordinate, present and conduct competency and strength-based candidate interviews and assessment centres
- Organise interviews
- Manage the offer process
- Support with strategies to increase diverse talent across the business
- Develop and maintain a network of candidates through effectively sourcing and on-going relationship management.
- Develop talent maps through pro-active market research and leveraging candidate network
- Partner with HRBP and wider HR team in relation to appropriate candidate remuneration, mobility and visa queries.
- Support with wider TA strategies with ideas and approaches related to the recruitment of talent that will contribute to better ways of working
- Elevate Burberry’s employer branding as a top employer. Crafting and executing strategies that highlight our unique culture, values, and career opportunities, attracting top talent globally.
- Be a brand ambassador by living the Burberry values across all actions
- Over 3 years of retail recruitment experience within an established internal and/or external recruitment function
- A clear understanding of Recruitment processes and standards relevant to own discipline.
- Expert sourcing skills with experience in managing multiple searches either inhouse or within agency
- Experience of engaging with passive candidates using varied sourcing methods
- Proven ability to strategically map companies and functions
- Experience of developing and effectively hiring from Talent Pools
- Experience of using innovative approaches to source, attract and build talent pools
- Experience in working with recruiting systems including applicant tracking systems
- Have a strong understanding of external best practice and trends in Talent Acquisition
- Delivering a luxury candidate and Hiring Manger experience, with a focus on quality and efficiency
