Burberry is looking for two Retail Store Support Coordinators to join the Retail Standards & Operations – Retail Excellence team. In this position you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing global retail store operations through process development, training, and operational support. You will act as the trusted partner for store teams, ensuring swift resolution of queries and flawless coordination of cross-functional initiatives. You will champion the successful implementation of strategies that reflect Burberry’s vision and elevate the client experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary contact for global retail stores, delivering high-quality operational and process support.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in key areas such as Stock in Transit, Operational KPIs, Stocktakes, and Cycle Counts within the Retail Store Support Team.
  • Manage and support ad-hoc retail projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives, including development, documentation, testing of store systems, and deployment of solutions.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs, from content creation and user guides to scheduled and ad-hoc sessions for store teams.
  • Collaborate across regions and functions, providing performance insights, coordinating communications, and influencing decisions that enhance store operations and elevate the client experience.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, with retail experience preferred, particularly in operational support and problem-solving.
  • Experience with SAP or other retail systems preferred, alongside strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other MS tools.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, with experience in developing and delivering high-impact training.
  • Flexible, commercially aware, and people-oriented, with a proactive approach to organisational needs.
  • Energetic and solution-focused communicator with strong interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills, paired with a retail mindset and passion for excellence.
