You will connect business compliance needs with clear technical requirements, partnering with business and technology teams. You'll deliver practical, governed systems that enable compliant, efficient operations and future-ready ways of working. - Translate customs compliance needs into clear business and technical requirements from discovery to testing
- Collaborate with enterprise data, information, solution and development teams to design and deliver systems and reporting
- Map, visualize and implement process changes with stakeholders, ensuring practicality and clarity
- Uphold data principles and governance across system/reporting development
- Work with project managers and solution architects to manage scope and change requests
- Prepare and facilitate workshops, UAT, user training and hypercare for adoption and transition to BAU Tasks
Key requirements

- Experience delivering customs or trade compliance software in technology-enabled transformation projects
- Knowledge of SAP systems (e.g., AFS or S/4) and MIC or other global trade compliance solutions
- Experience contributing to IT project design, build and implementation including at least one full project lifecycle in a business analysis role
- Comfort with Waterfall and Agile delivery; ability to elicit, document and communicate requirements clearly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and business audiences
- Collaborative, curious and detail-conscious approach with ability to manage multiple priorities
